There used to be plenty of rabbits here. Oh well. *took aim, released the string and watched the arrow sail though the air, piercing through the curtains of mist before striking the red dot in the middle of the target board*
Hmm...not bad if I may say so myself. *turns around and look at Legolas* You are a very serious person. I have never seen you laugh before and I thought Elves are supposed to be very cheerful creatures.

Grubby looks at eli she was going to say something about eating hobbits but remembered the elf standing next to her
How about you catch some live rabbits take 'em back to the morgul vale and make a rabbit warren for them that way you don't have to come all the way out here to hunt you can just trap rabbit in yer back garden?
she asked waiting politly for eil to bugger off so she could talk to the elf

Legolas stands in silence, regarding Eli then shrugs ever so slightly.
I suppose I've little reason for mirth these days. I cannot complain. There is much work to be done now that I've returned. Although I shall keep your suggestion in mind when I hear a good joke.
He looks back at Grubby, who seems to be a bit anxious.
I'm not sure if the rabbits would thrive in that environment.

Grubby raises an eyebrow at the elf
I don't think anything thrives there.. any way what would an elf know about the morgul vale?

Legolas smiles cooly and shrugs.
I have been there.

he'd been there? Grubby stared at the elf with perhaps a bit of respect now. To visit the morgul vale and come out again seemingly unscathed was no small task maybe one too great even for such an elf, yet he didn't look like a spy his bearing was wrong, there was no sign of the fear ever present in the few creatures lucky enough to be set free to do the Nazguls bidding even in the daylight they still walked in shadow. This elf was beautiful yet terrible, merry and yet the sorror of countless years was graven in his eyes he was facinating in strange way.
why were you there? It's a long way from where g.. your folk live.
She asked awkwardly

The prince smiles warmly, his affection for this creature ever increasing.
Indeed, I do not travel often to the Morgul Vale. I have gone on business and even by invitation of the Witch King himself. But... he grins perhaps we should keep that between us? His secrecy, I think, should be kept intact.
The elf sets down his bow, stretching his shoulder.
And yourself? Do you go often?

Grubby whistles through her teeth
Invited by The witch king himself? Impressive, there's more to you than meets the eye,I go there quite a lot 'more or less live there.. 'bin all over though even to Lugburz a couple of times
She held her head to one side considering him with her better eye. She wasn't sure if she should trust him, this elf who apparently had dealings with the witch king.

The young prince remains thoughtful for a moment, trying to recall something.
Lugburz...? I do not believe I have been there. He smiles curiously, his eyes dancing in silent laughter. Or perhaps I have and simply do not remember...

Grubby chuckles shuddering slightly
Lugburz Lugburz
she growls, savouring the feel of the word on her tounge.
you'd remember if you'd been there
She grins wickedly.

He smiles, his eyebrow raising unnoticably.
Yes, I should think so.
He clears his throat softly and nods toward the targets.
Will you be practicing then, Grubby? Do you shoot often?

The prince bows his head in response and smiles.
Of course not. This range is free to all who wish to use it.
He steps back to speak with Grubhosh and watch Melian shoot. He glances back at the elf, taking in her technique. He notes how different it is from his own but shrugs it off as something new to learn about; he is not the finest archer in Mirkwood for no reason. He turns his attention back to Grubby, repeating himself for the sake of his own curiosity.
Tell me then, do you shoot often?

Occasionaly...
she says watching mel suspiciously, not because she had any thing against Mel personaly she just didn't trust anyone. She folds her long arms across her cheast and continues
I'm a fair shot.

He smiles broadly, his passion for shooting evident in his gaze. Motioning toward the targets, he holds out a hand to Grubby.
Shall we then?
