OOC: Being Bree's regular citizens, allowing them to be written by everyone would be the best choice. It probably keeps the story together.
BIC: Now the tired lady with the child in her arms was riding on Raindew and Eowyn was walking along her side, carrying the child in her arms. The shield maiden then heard her name being called and turned around to see Imrel.
"Imrel! Glad to see you again! Aye, I'm done with my area. I've picked up as many people as I could, though their houses couldn't be saved. A barn or two survived, but I believe that's all." Eowyn says, happy to be back, though worrying about all those lost people.
"Did anyone see Mel?" Eowyn asks suddenly. "I think she's still out there..."

I'm afraid I'm not sure where she's gotten to, I can only assume it's taking her a little longer to round up the Breeans in her area. Anyway, it'd be a good idea to get these people to the meeting place. Rhia should be there by now; she found an Orc to question.

"An Orc?" Eowyn asks in reflex, first not aware that she even did. The shield maiden urges her group to go ahead to the "camp" where the other survivors were.
Eowyn then turns to Imrel again and adds, "I agree. Mel will probably return soon though nobody is too safe in a town being upturned by orcs! Are the people seriously wounded? I hope a medicine man or healer are within the group..."
Eowyn walks around the area where the survivors were and lends a hand where she is needed. After helping a boy catch his pet dog and calm the animal down, Eowyn spots something ugly in the distance. *Must be the orc!* she thinks to herself, quickening her pace...
OOC: 500 post. Never thought I'd get this far. But quality still should beat quantity! ;D

*Stands up as she sees her friends coming and waves* Hi, good to see you found more people.

"I'm glad as well. It's worse than a jungle out there!" Eowyn says, now by Rhia's side and giving the orc a sharp stare. "Do you need any help with this monster, creature, pest, orc, whatever it should be called?"
The orc struggles and tries to run away, but it's tied to a rope and can't. Getting frustrated, it begins to chew on the rope but stops when Eowyn gives it a kick. Now the creature was sticking its sharp teeth out and growling while drool was dripping from its mouth.
"Ugh!" Eowyn says as she notices her hands are full of the drool, then she wipes it casually on her dress and adds, "We'd better get something out of it!"

Well, now that we're all back again, lets get started. But not in front of the other peoples eyes...

Technically, we're not all here, Mel has yet to return... *Bites her lip, glancing around.* Well I'm sure we can go ahead anyway. We ought to look for her if she hasn't returned by dawn, though. *Matt ambles over to her, still watching the Orc.* You two go ahead and interrogate him, I'll settle everyone down here. Matt, would you go and tell Mora Burren and Jake that their medical skills'll be needed again. I'd like to help your friends with the prisoner. I- ah- *Pushes her fringe out of her eyes.* Ask them. *Dashes over to the old Hobbit and her son.*

*Imrel, now nearest the town, herding the newcomers towards the rest of the group, hears the cry, and whips round abruptly.* Did anyone else here that? *A few ambling past her nod mutely. Deciding that the muffled yell was that of either a human, Elf or Hobbit, she grabs a passerby urgently by the shoulder.* If they ask where I've gone, tell them I'm back in the town. *Runs back into Bree without another word, as the middle aged Hobbit she spoke to turns and hurries on to where Rhia and Eo are.*

*An Orc hiding in the undergrowth watches the party heading along the road. An Elf girl stops only feet away from him she seems to be pointing the way. He seizes the opportunity and grabs her, swiftly, dragging her deeper into the trees, before anyone has noticed her disappearance.*

(You cad, you!)
*A straggler is ambling wearily along the road to the camp, a young woman carrying a baby.* Excuse me. Who showed you here? *Blinks tiredly.* An Elven girl, Melody, I think her name was... And where is she now? She... *Looks around.* She was behind us... *Seems puzzled.* Thank you. Get on to the camp. *Runs down the road, and risks calling out, though gently.* Melian! Are you there? Mel?

*Rushes through the forests back to the orc camp. Can here one of the Elves comrades calling. Keeps his hand clamped firmly over her mouth.*
All of the above but in green ;D

*Back at the survivors camp. Pulls the orc to his feet.* Let's go. Éowyn, are you coming with me?* Shoves him into the direction of an assembly of small trees and hedges where they will be out of sight.*

(I am going to assume this Orc is going through Chetwood. Guess who else is in Chetwood!)
*In the forest, Sarla sits quietly on a crooked tree root, holding Olne's makeshift reins and watching her father, who is weak but recovering. She jumps up suddenly, startling the horse, as she hears someone... Possibly more than one person, trampling through the underbrush. *Shrinks fearfully into the shadows, pulling Olne out of sight with her, and watches as an Orc marches through the trees, wrenching an Elf along with him. Waits for them to pass, and whips round to Corrin.* Father, that was one of Im's friends; we have to help! *Wheezes.* I'm sorry Sarla, I can't do anything... Stay right there. *Pushes him a little farther into the tree's hollow, and mounts Olne.* I'll be back soon. *Gives the chestnut a kick, and starts towards Bree.*

"Aye, I'm right with you!" Eowyn says as she follows Rhia into the trees. The shield maiden whispers to the ranger, so the orc couldn't hear too well. "Be ready to pull out your sword. When dealing with orcs, we're dealing with trouble. I found it kind of funny that Mel dissapeared all of a sudden. Does this orc have anything to do with it?"
Eowyn makes her way a bit deeper into the trees and pulls out a rope to tie the orc's legs with so he couldn't run away...
