Oh, my Lord he-she! (haha, couldn't resist but you must admit that the title Witch King doesn't exactly give you a gender!) It seems there are more males than females, how will you solve that one?

The festival's on the 14th-16th weekend, isn't it? Friday till Sunday? Well, I'm sorry, but I don't even know if I can make it. I mean, it'd cost a bomb to go online in a hotel room. My parents'll freak if they find out I'm begging on my knees just to go to a, well, Summer Festival. Yes, it's a big deal for me. ME. But not them. They don't give it a damn if I miss the 50-year anniversary of Eriador 49 years and some months down the road.
And as I assume that my dear brother Azgork's going along on this wonderful little family trip, I don't reckon he's going to turn up too.
Oh, haven't you figured it out yet? Azgork's my brother. He's a family secret. The kid that the parents don't want anyone else to know about. Not a surprise that he chose to be an Uruk-Hai.
So, let me see. It means there're 2 more girls now who are dateless. If I had a top-hat right now, I'd throw it to the ground and jump on it. But I don't, so nevermind.
And about Oliver..........Hey, Witch-King? I figure you'd better find some way to tell him about this. Try asking Arethusa to tell that friend of his that she's spoken to before. If she doesn't know who I'm referring to, just tell her that I mean the guy whom she said told her that Oliver was fine. Some time ago.

AHH! I feel like everyone's talking at me at the same time! Kessa, did no one every tell you that blue was for boys and pink was for girls. SG you are so awkward. How inconvenient of you to go away! Well I'm not around the following weekend so I guess we're going to have to move the party to next weekend. Is that okay? And yes,yes I'd already planned to inform non-postees about the party.

On second thoughts it might be wise to make some suggestions for partners. With both myself and Sg up for grabs we'd hate to be responsible for fights breaking out amongst the girls ;D
Rhiannon - Rad FromSG - Kessa ( a fiery combination) Melody - Sauron ( as you seem to know each other) Elidor - Skorwerif

What's your point, Lord H-S? There are still more gals than guys. Haha, funny idea Eli!!! A 'fiery combination'? Why's that? I don't even know FromSG

There are still more gals then guys assuming everyone posts which isn't very likely. Yes you don't know SG but that's kind of the idea. So everyone mingles. I think you'd make a fiery combination as your both 'outspoken'.
And Kessa to comment on your earlier post "The title Witch-king doesn't really give you a gender."
No?
How many female Kings have you come across?
And if it's the Witch part that's throwing you. Witches can be of either gender. All the Ringwraiths were witches ie sorcerers. All the Ringwraiths were kings of men.

No, my Lord H-S, sorceror is the male form of a sorceress. Wizard is the male form of a witch, very small difference in the sorceress and witch, but I read one somewhere, it would just take too much time and energy to look it up! (haha, lazy me!) If the wraiths were Sorcerors, you would be a Sorceress-King, but that sounds even less gender like! Haha! And, I have heard of female rulers, yes, ie: Queen or female president. But, not a female King, they are called queen.
But, hey! I still love calling you Lord He-She! So, please! Don't change it!!! ;D

Really Kessa, I have better things to do then argue the toss over the 'correct' names. So to clear this matter up:
(Taken from a Guide to Tolkien)
WITCHES: Among the race of men, those who gave themselves over to sorcerous powers were known as Witches. The most powerful Witches were the Ringwraiths. For these were the men who were given Nine Rings of Power by Sauron and who brought so much terror into the World.
WIZARDS: Those who common men called wizards were chosen spirits from the Maiar of Valinor. Elves called them the Istari and under that name the greater part of their deeds in Middle Earth are recorded. They appeared as old men in long robes.
Oh, and I'm asking you nicely to stop calling me that name.

Hey...I leave on the 7th. So I'll only be able to be there in the morning and afternoon on the 7th, which means my date will either have to get up early or go to bed late. Poor spangle. She's going to have to wake up quite early, if my calculations are correct. And Azgork's going to need to use the computer too, to bring spangle to the Festival. So it's even less time for me. ;D Well, well. I guess that's going to put off a great number of girls. ;D Good. I'll read the stuff when I get back on the 17th. On the other hand, I could get my parents to postpone the trip to December and go somewhere else for a shorter period of time this month. Think it's too late, though.

About the "Witch" debate.... I'm afraid the Witch-King's right, Ranger. The definition for "witch" in Tolkien's world is different. There aren't any warlocks. Noticed that? He has a different definition for most things. In the Earthsea trilogy, a sorceror is perceived as a good wizard, though a wizard is more powerful (...I think. I'm about halfway through teh first book. ). But in Middle Earth, the sorcerors are those who use magic for evil purposes, the Ringwraiths the most powerful amongst them all. Oh yes, Ranger, another point - The Witch-King, if you do not know, was once a man, originally a sorceror king of the Second Age who was given the first of the Nine Rings by the Lord of the Rings. He became the Lord of teh Nazgûl, or Ringwraiths. During the Second Age, he commanded Sauron's forces and fought his battles, but with the downfall of the Ring lord and the taking of the One Ring, he was swept away in a shadowy limbo. After a thousand years, Sauron called him back from the shadows. In 1300 of the Third Age, he rose in the form of the Witch-King of Angmar. And that's jsut part of his history. You haven't heard the part about how he made war on Arnor for 7 centuries and his long list of victories and destructions, one of the the destruction of the North-Kingdom of the Dunedain. And, of course, the famous conquering and re-naming of Minas Ithil, now known as Minas Morgul. (Never try to argue with the Witch-King about facts concerning himself. He's always right. ;D)
