Name Imrel Briarthorn
Race Ranger (Bree)
Date Joined April 5th, 2002
How you found the site Witchy told me about it in Rivendell. (Which I heard about from Middle Earth, which I heard about from Trap Door, which I heard about from... I'll shut up now.)
Why you chose your character There's this mysterious and knowing quality to Rangers... And Elves were far too popular.
Nick names Im, Firebird, Fire (Mostly the first)
Favourite threads Circle of Tents, the Prancing Pony, Riddlers, and generally any story or competition that's going on. And the Barn, before it fell into disrepair.
Achievements Erm. Winning Eye of Sauron, I guess. (And singing Grease with Witchy. C'mon, it took guts!)
Always found In a mess. Heh heh.
Known for That darn Rudi. Oh, and always wearing red. And archery and starting fires, but I haven't practised either in a while.
Most embarassing moment Moi? Ahem... Well maybe that little incident where I wandered into Mordor...
Probable destiny Gonna keep on wand'rin'. I might end up settling in Bree to help out at the inn, though. Dangit, that's a tough 'un.
Best memory of last year Hard to choose. Go read Eriador Review 2002, lol. But I guess I'll go with the Tower of Amon Sul thread, while it was active, and the talent contest.
Message Home is where the heart is, even if it doesn't stay in one place

The ranger formerly known as Firebird. ;D We've known each other since the days of Rivendell which is quite a long time ago now. You've always been a loyal and dedicated member of Eriador. You are a very good RP writer and pay great attention to detail when writing posts and creating characters. You've invented some great NPC's over the last year such as the Mushroomers and of course Rudi. I think the best thing about you is your friendly, warm and welcoming nature. You are always kind and helpful to newbies - a vital ingrediant on any board. You have contributed a great deal to this board and helped to keep it going in lean times. Thankyou for all your help and support over the last year.

Dear Imrel,
You're certainly one brave ranger! It seems like only yesterday when we were together in the Eye of Sauron when you tried to rescue me with a ladder. If it wasn't for that, I'd still probably be hanging somewhere. The NPC's in role-play stories were always under your care and support, you certainly have great potential to be a writer! If Rudi causes trouble again, try dipping his carrot in molases... it should work!

Dear Imrel, how many adventures have we already been in and made it back alive? You were one of my first friends at Rivendell. You are a truely great and faithful companion, I would follow right into the heart of Mount Doom. ;D You are a very good and imaginative role player and I too wonder how you always keep track of whole villages of NPCs. You fantasy brings a very special life to stories and other threads. Thank you for being a true friend.
Yours Rhia

You know, when I came to writing some stuff about you, I just totally blanked out. I mean, to me, Imrel's just... Imrel. There's not really anything to describe you, because you've just been there and been so great that it's really hard to put all of that in words! ;D So pardon me for such a short message, but I really, truly cannot find words that would justify what I thnk of you. ;D Just go on being caring, considerate, wise, smart, cool, and all the rest, alright? The world's a better place with you in it.

Jared posted whatever I wanted to posted! Now I really got nothing to say. Erm...you are a lovely girl with a really lovely horse. ;D
Seriously, you are dedicated to the board and very creative too. The Mushroomers are stroke of genius BUT the Mordor Boys will always be one step ahead of them!
