Getting my shieldarm broken for the 3rd time during the Battle of the Pelenor fields and becoming the Princess of Ithilien.
Best memory of last year
The potatoe mashing contest last year as well as the Eriador Beauty Pagaent 2002. The orcs were funny (for once) and the potatoe didn't taste very good...

Eowyn, you are probably the most obsessed LOTR fan I know. You seem to have boundless energy and enthusiam for everything Rohan.
We may have had our ups and downs - I seem to remember several arguements when you first joined - but we've moved on from that and you've remained one of the main posters and a reliable, dedicated member. Best memory would probably be hanging you out of the window in the Eye of Sauron contest. ;D

Eowyn, Eowyn, Eowyn. Well, I probably won't forget you so soon. You're an outstanding poster, and you role-play well. In fact I think that out of everyone on the board, you're the most in touch with your character. You seem really in-character 24/7 and that's pretty impressive. Maybe you really are some sort of real-life Eowyn. ;D May the spirit of the Eorlings always be with you!

Dear Eowyn You certainly made an impressive progress from your first days at Rivendell to a fine and dedicated role player, mastering the task of bringing a difficult character to life. As already mentioned you are probably the one who's most obsessed with LotR, especially with everything Rohan. You may have arrived here a little later than most of us, but you made yourself a part of the community faster than Shadowfax can gallop. I always enjoy hearing what you have to say, whether IC, in a discussion or chat thread, or through instant messaging. If you ever left Eriador, you just know it would seem so quiet. So dedicated to LotR and pertaining RP are you that you even managed to start and uphold a successful Middle Earth board that I love reading the addventures of when I can. You're a talented writer, with the whole Tolkien dialect down, and I can't wait to see what adventures you'll get into next year.

well E, where do i start? Like Jared and Rhi said you ARE Eowyn, to take an existing character and sucessfully make them your own is no mean feat but you manage it. Secondly I salute your enthuiasm, how do you manage it? you are always one of the first to participate in whatever stories or competitions are going. You're a reliable poster and a great RPer. I look forward to spending another year with you ;D.
