Muwhahahaha......
I got my hands on a dictionary.
So now we can shout insults at people and they won't have a clue what we're on about. ;D
BLACK SPEECH DICTIONARY
The double vowel should be pronounced as a long vowel: û = "ooh," aa = aah. The short u should be pronounced like the u in "put." This is important, because there are several words that would otherwise sound too similar (fil = cave, and fiil = bird.) Note that the accent marks only indicate the length of the syllable, not stress. According to Tolkien, the "l" should be pronounced like the American "dark l," as in "look." The "r" should be pronounced like the French "r." This will give your pronunciation of Black Speech words an appropriately horrible and scary sound.

In this dictionary I have decided to use both of JRRT's translations for the famous orc curse. Tolkien had apparently forgotten that he had already provided an English translation, so he accidentally gave two different translations. I know this may cause problems, misunderstandings and even fights among orcs and other dark creatures, but that is appropriate for Mordor anyway.
Tolkien's orc curse: `Uglûk u bagronk sha pushdug Saruman-glob bûb-hosh skai'
English translations:
1. "Uglûk to the dung pit with stinking Saruman-filth - pig-guts gah!"
and
2. "Uglûk to the cesspool, sha! the dungfilth; the great Saruman-fool, skai!"

Ash nazg durbatuluk,

One Ring to rule them all
One Ring to find them
One ring to bring them all
