*goes to change into red peddlepushers, denim jacket and cap, pony tail sticking through the hole in the back so it doesn't get in her face. relieves rhia of her load, sticking the compass in the driver seat cup holder, blue tacking the maps to the dashboard, putting the sandwiches and drinks in a hamper on the back seat and sitting the toolbox next to it.* okay, i don't think aragorn's coming. who wants to do the first lot of driving? i warn you, i will if no one else does...

DIRECTIONS
Does everyone have a map of Middle-Earth?
(I mean really have a map)
Look in the back of your copy of LOTR for one.
THIS IS THE ROUTE!
START: MINAS MORGUL
Take the Great West Road past Minas Tirith, along the back of the White Mountains to the GAP OF ROHAN.
ISENGARD - North-South Road to Sarn Ford
THE SHIRE - Sarn Ford to the White Downs past Hobbiton.
FINISH: BRANDYWINE BRIDGE

I never said the race was in Eriador.
You will find Minas Morgul on the border of Mordor and Gondor.
The race ends in Eriador.
The Gap of Rohan will be the only place to refuel on the course.
Are we ready then?
