We won't Indis, don't worry.
We're taking you to the Elf rooms in Rivendell. Where there is a warm bed and pleasant surroundings awaiting you. And we can keep an eye on you there.

*Helps Indis out. Takes one last look at the still pool which appears to glow more vividly. Feels the hair on the back of her neck stand up.
Exits the cave.*

(gah, everything happens when i'm not here! tis a conspiracy, i tell you!) *watches them go. throughout the ordeal, she has been looking on but unable really to do much to help. it seems indis will be alright now; stays put for the moment, with a vague idea of checking up on them later. for now, gathers the green ribbon which came loose from indis' braid. or at least, it was green. now, it's a metallic sort of brownish moss. and very, very hard, like an ice crystal, and in a winding spiral. it is also brightly gold at the sharpened edges. examines this new treasure awhile, as echoes that no one is causing ring gently around the walls.*

*Creeps back into the cavern, feeling her way along the cold, damp walls, edging tentitively towards the still pool. Today the water is giving off a luminous green colour, that reflects on the ceiling. It seems to glow with a power all it's own, it is strangely alluring and she feels drawn to it's light. The only sound is the slow and constant drip of water coming from somewhere close by.
She kneels at the edge of the pool, seeing her reflection as clear as that from a mirror, except her elven features are highlighted in green which makes her look a little ghoulish. She runs her hand through the water, breaking the illusion. Remembering Indis's experience she decides that although she is fascinated by the pool, she is held there by no exterior force. Through the ripples she stares into it's unfathomable depths. Where does it lead? Where does it end? Tries to see deeper, further into it. But the water mists and becomes cloudy some way down. She see's something in the water, something glowing pure white. Or did she for the ripples have obscured it.. No. There it is again. Only this time it has moved. It is something moving with a will of it's own towards the surface. The moving water makes it impossible to distinguish, but it glows like the moon. It seems to rest just below the surface and it's form becomes all too clear... She finds herself staring into the face of the dead. A ghostly transleucent apparition from the race of men, his features contorted in torturous anguish. She let's out a cry of horror, reeling back from the pool and scrambling to her feet. Her heart pounding in her chest she races from the cavern.

*Her voice shakes with fear, her eyes wide and haunted.*
I will not dwell a moment longer in this place!
*She rushes towards the entrance.*

Poor mortals. No proper burial with no one to mourn for them...no wonder they haunt this place...
