Lol! That sounds like fun. I was thinking about some of the following ideas (though they may have to wait until a certain part of the year):
* Trick-or-treating (will orcs hand out poisonous apples?)
* Ice hockey
* Snow fight (Two Teams: Each builds a fort out of snow as the first task. Then they have to fight with snowballs against the other team)
* Big Dance Costume Party!

I stick by "Changing Dooms" ;D
Snow fight might be a good one, though we did just have a pillow fight. I like the ice hockey idea as well.

Eh, you won't be able to have a Mr Eriador pageant. LoL... the only active guys around here are Aulus, Balin, me and the Witch-King himself.
