Good idea. First I could make a post in the feasting hall where people could vote on the best place for a feast. After a week I could lock that post and delete it, then let the feast begin!

What choices have we?
The Feasting Hall: The Hall of Fire The Feasting Hall: Rohan's Golden Halls Mirkwood: Thranduil's Halls Shire: Brandywine Inn Ent Wood: Forest... Humans/Dunedain: The Hall
Or do we just begin a new feast? I'll search for more options...

i dont think we want to have it in a already hevily posted place, and we want to be able to lock the party after the week, so how about we have ppl sugest places from the books?

I've posted the voting thread in the Feasting Hall already and there is an option which includes creating a new location. I'll just add that "new location" could mean a suggestion from one of the book's settings...

Eowyn stops dead in her tracks and turns around to see a wood elf with a bow and quiver of arrows standing there. "Nay, you aren't interrupting at all," she says in a friendly manner. "Come on in! The Witch King was looking for you a while ago. He left now, so I'm basically the only non-elf here..."

"Balin! Grubby! So glad to see you!" Eowyn exclaims as she runs over to where they were. "Are you here for the sleepover? We have preparations to make: get the sleeping bags, set the food up, etc."
Without waiting for a reply, Eowyn runs over and opens a closet, revealing at least a dozen sleeping bags neatly stacked. She throws all of them out and begins opening them and spreading them all on the floor...
