Balin takes a step back and ducks the stab. Balin tries to swing the axe but the shoulder hurts. He takes three steps back and looks at te goblin

Grubby waits for the dwarf to make the next move. The pain in her arm is too intense and the axe severed nerve and muscle so her right arms hangs limp at her side her blood dripping onto the bridge.

Grubby thakes a small black Phile(sp?) out of her pocket. Poison. She put a few drops of it on her knife carefuly it was strong stuff the smallest cut could be fatal. She licked her lips and lept for Balin again hoping to stab him in the shoulder

(hehe dont mind me interfering  ) Aulus had been wandering trow the halls of moria when he heard sounds of battle, he dicided to help out he ran towards the sound and came upon a small bridge, his friend balin had was wounded. aulus leeped from behind balin, he swung his bastard sword at the knife in grubhosh hand, his sword hit the blade of the knife, it shatard on the unbreakable steel of Aulus his sword. "go now foul beast or Aulus will make short work of you." to give his words power he lifted his sword. |

Grubhosh stared at Aulus. Speechless with rage and fear still clutching the hilt of her knife. Tall and terrible he looked to her a bright eyed shadow from a dark age. Stooping quickly she picked up the shards of her knife then fled without looking back. Out of sight of the bridge she stopped leaning against a rock to catch her breath. She opened her hand to see what was left of her knife
Aulus, Aulus
she hissed as if the name disgusted her
You'll pay for that
She carried on down the tunnle cursing and muttering

Aulus smiled at the defeat of the strange creature, he turned to balin and said "are you alright? you look like you have gone trow some fight." he searched his pocket and found what he was looking for, a small fruit lay in his hand, he gave it to balin "here you go friend. eat it, it will heal your wounds." he smiled and walked over to the other end of the bridge "Aulus wants to know what kind of creature that was."

Aulus looked a bit suprised but then said "an orc? hmm well the creature's knife wasent that hard, but then again, my sword is indestructable." he smiled faintly, and then continud "let us leave this place." (ooc: just a picture of my sword )  |
