Aren't these filters so annoying? They do more bad than good. They even blocked pics of Rivendell for me once and my favorite fortune cookie site....

Has anyone heard of a new character which shall appear in Return of the King? It's Jar-Jaromir, the half-brother of Faramir and Boromir.

Not in Dubai, there's nothing for me here!
However, there is a LOTR pub in Croatia which I would go to every Saturday and stay in playing cards (having to borrow decks because I still don't have enough cards, them not being available in Dubai). There were at least 15 people, and I was the only girl among them! ;D

I can't complain, I'm surrounded by Fantasy/Roleplaying addicts (and I'm not the worst!). As far as this card game goes, my boyfriend collects the cards. Fortunately on of his old schoolmates has a Fantasy Shop so he has every special edition, collector's box, you name it.... The city I live in has two fantasy shops too. On specialising more on Star Trek/Star Wars, the other one doing all the Tolkien/Larp/Fantasy stuff. Plus there's a Larp Pub in a nearby town, serving e.g. 7 varieties of mead.... ;D

I guess you've got the luck... I'm trying to convert some of my classmates in LOTR addicts but it isn't going too well. Some still can't even tell Legolas and Boromir apart!!!

Back home there was a club called Hobbits. All the walls were black with paintings of Elfs and Hobbits. I remember there was one of Gollum holding a fish, in his cave. It was there for over 20 years. Sadly it was shut down last year and turned into a trendy wine bar.
