that makes sense, mel, so if we new who had one of the stones then maybe we could get there first, and help out. *glances at aragorn, and suddenly remembers something.* aragorn, did you have something in your pocket earlier?

*What Firebird said has got her thinking*
Uruk-hai armies can cover large distances at speed - much faster than an orc army. We may have outrun them initially with the horses but I'm sure they would have caught us up at Trollshaws as we were there for sometime trying to catch Rudi. Unless of course they were heading somewhere else.
*Racks her brain trying to remember anything she had been told about the Seeing Stones.*
We know there was one in the Tower of Minas Ithil, which is now Minas Morgul after the wraiths besieged it. And the other was on the Tower Hills......and wasn't there one at Orthanc? Maybe we should go to the library and try and get some more information from the ancient scrolls.

*Kessa watches them for a while, Shezam beside her. At the mention of seeing stones, she takes a step out of the trees (atleast, i'm assuming you to be outside), holding Shezam by her reins* Hello, Firebird, Luthien, Aragorn. *Kessa looks at Melody and Rhiannon* Don't believe we've met, I'm Kessa.
(unless, Rhiannon, you are the same one I met on a different board... can't remember which one)

*Lord Elrond nods slowly*
Yes Aragorn there is.....
*He turns to face the rest of the council*
So it is decided! We shall send forth our bravest warriors to fight the dark powers at Amon-Sul without delay. Who is willing to undertake this challenge?
*He waits while the newly arrived group step forward.*
Then so be it!
Aragorn Rhiannon Firebird Luthien Arethusa Melody Kessa Star
I can spare you a hundred of my soldiers but that is all that could be summoned at such short notice.
If you visit the Forge, while your horses are being prepared, we have a good stock of weaponry you are free to choose from.
Quel Marth Warriors! And remember......it is imperative that you find the palantir. We can not allow it to fall into enemy hands. Bring it back safely to Rivendell.

*Follows Kessa to the forge and once there looks through the range of weaponry. There are some of the most beautifully crafted swords she has seen. Picks up a small lightweight sword engraved with stars. She wields it through the air and decides that this is the one for her. Is is called 'Anarrima' after a constellation.*
