Gah, has everyone given up already? Fine, I'll spill.
[glow=limegreen,2,300]WATER[/glow] Yes indeedy! But, you may say, A and E weren't in the list of letters. Well, look at the list again. It goes from H to O. H2O, yes? Another term for water. (No, I couldn't get it first time...)
Well, I will be back with another riddle. Anyone else can post one too.

It's a different type, but sure.
A prisoner's labor included dragging a large sack full of sand back and forth across the yard, which was extremely tiring. However, one day he found that he could put something in the bag to make it lighter; what?

But surely there would have been sand all over the yard and the prison officers would have made him sweep it all up so in fact he wasn't actually saving himself any effort.
And if he was in prison anyway then he should except the punishment and just get on with it, instead of trying to find ways out of it.
And how did he make the hole? I'm sure they wouldn'tbe allowed to carry knives or other sharp implements. I'll stop being annoying now.

Is it the moon? coz it follow the sun by day and is followed by the sun at night. It's nochturnal coz it comes out at night and it does shine just a wild guess.
