He smiles and waves back to Grubby, wondering if she would mind his intrusion on her solitude. The prince orders a pair of shots and walks over to Grubby, bowing his head with a smile.
Excuse me, I do not mean to intrude. Would you mind awfully if I join you by the fire?

'course not Grubby pats the flagstone floor beside her. She was starting to feel a bit more cheerful as she was drying off a bit and she found something in her pocket to eat.
what brings you to these parts then?
She sneezes loudly and wipes her nose on her sleeve
sorry...
she mumbles, why had she just appoligised to an elf? She dunked her.. er something into her brandy to soften it up a bit. It looked like a rock, was as hard as a rock and had the same consistancy and taste as rock. Grubby was starting to susspect that it actually was a rock.

*The Witch King sheathed his sword abrubtly and got to his feet. The Orc's ingratitude riled him and he no longer felt a part of the conversion in the room. He strode to the doors, flicking a gold coin the barmens direction, before disappearing into the night.*

Legolas watches Grubby curiously and shakes his head at her apology.
Bless you! There is no need to apologize. Perhaps--
He turns when he feels the Witch King glower at them and leave the room. He frowns at his lack of attention that he has not included him and hesitates. The prince decides he had better stay with Grubby, who seems to be shivering a bit.
Perhaps, if you'll allow me, I can treat you to some...
He eyes the... thing in Grubby's hand and grins.
...food?

He smiles and excuses himself. The prince approaches the cooks and asks for a hobbit-sized meal to be made and served by the fire. He requests a blanket and promptly drapes is over Grubby's shoulders, laying a hand gently on her arm.
The food should be ready in a few moments.
He looks at her curiously and shakes his head with a smile.
How on earth did you get so wet?

You didn't happen to notice the rain outside, did you?
*Imrel's voice comes from the door, where she is shaking the water droplets off her grey traveling cloak. Nods to her friends as she hangs it up.*
Afternoon Grubhosh, Rhia.
*Not wanting to intrude further on Grubby and Legolas' conversation, she heads over to the bar, where Butterbur stands, holding out a work apron to her. She leaps nimbly over the counter, grabbing the apron, and sets about putting it over her grubby tunic.*
Sorry I'm late, Master Butterbur. I had to deliver a message to Brem and Calissa at the Burrens'.
*Butterbur nods and disappears through the kitchen door again as Im knots the strings around her waist and leans an elbow on the counter, awaiting orders.*

waves to Im and Rhi who she just noticed sitting in a corner with a pile of books. She flinches slightly at Legolas' touch pulling the blanket tightly around her.
It's like Im said If you'd been walking all day in this weather you'd be a bit wet too.

Legolas leans back as the servers bring a huge tray of food to them. He motions for them so simply set it down around Grubby so that she may stay by the fire.
The prince's eyes widen with concern at Grubby's words.
You were outside all day...? Did you not have shelter from the rain?

whit a loud slam the door opens and whit just as loud slam closed a tall hooded figure stood in the entrance off the inn and walked up to butterbur they talked for a moment and a low hising voiche came from under the hood. "a good meal and a room." butterbur seemed a bit terified by the large figure infront of him but still gave him a room and told him his meal would be served when ready "good" after that butterbur walked away to help some other customers. aulus walked to the very back off the inn and sat down in the darkest corner trying to stay unnoticed by the other people in the inn.

The prince smiles and shakes his head.
I had some food this morning.
He winces as the door slams, the sound (which is repeated a moment later) a bit much for his ears. He looks up at Aulus eyebrow raised but he doesn't seem to notice. He turns his attention back to Grubby, delighted that she is enjoying her meal.
